Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of orders worldwide or a full refund of the amounts paid, provided that the conditions set forth in this Policy are met.

Products are shipped exclusively through partner carriers.

After the order has been shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the customer’s registered email within up to 5 (five) business days, allowing shipment tracking through the official channels of the logistics provider.

In case of a lost shipment, this must be formally confirmed by the responsible carrier through official tracking records, statements, protocols, or equivalent documents, which are considered valid proof. When necessary, the customer may be instructed to contact or visit the carrier’s agency to obtain formal confirmation in order to proceed with the investigation.

All payments are processed through CartPanda, which ensures the protection of customer data.

Credit card payments are subject to anti-fraud analysis. Confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on CartPanda and the card issuer.


Delivery Time

As our products are imported and exclusive, the estimated delivery time may vary between 5 to 20 business days, counted from the shipping confirmation date.

This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond ORBI’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Force majeure or unforeseen events
  • Strikes or operational disruptions
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Carrier delays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Logistics or operational issues

All orders include a tracking link, allowing customers to monitor the shipment through the official logistics provider until delivery is completed.


Order Receipt

It is the customer’s responsibility to be present or to designate an authorized person to receive the order at the address provided at the time of purchase.

Receipt of the product is a necessary condition for initiating any exchange, return, or refund request, in accordance with this policy.

Unjustified refusal of delivery or repeated absence of the recipient during delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to the sender. In such cases, any refund will be partial, with deduction of shipping and return costs incurred by ORBI.
