Refund Policy

Refund Policy – ORBI

To request a return and refund, the customer must contact us via email at support@orbiwear.com within 7 (seven) calendar days after the product delivery.

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Item to be returned
  • Reason for the request

After receiving the request, we will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent in its original packaging and show no signs of use. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Note: If the request is not made within 7 days after delivery, the customer will lose the right to a return.


Shipping

We cover the necessary shipping costs for the return process.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellation must be requested within 24 hours after payment confirmation.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must show no signs of use
  • All original packaging must be included
  • The customer must properly pack the product to avoid damage during shipping
  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged or modified by the customer

Refund Process

All refunds are accompanied by a confirmation receipt.

  • Credit card purchases: Refunds are processed directly to the original card.
